We have since expanded into the area's premier family owned and operated automotive and truck repair facility, specializing in Auto Body and Mechanical Services. Our mechanical department caters not only to domestic vehicles, but all foreign cars as well. The technician that performs these services is ASE Certified in twenty phases of the automotive mechanical field. We also do local towing and Massachusetts Vehicle Check Inspections.

        Ouch! Dealing with these folks (same woman every time) was painful. I promise, I'm an easy, friendly guy. Very forgiving. No matter how much I smiled, or asked my simple question the sense I got (in person and on the phone) was that I was a bother, that I was an interruption.

        OK fine, I thought, I don't need courtesy I just need good work. That wasn't to be had either. In addition to a small cosmetic repair I had my car detailed, or at least that's what I expected and I was charged for. Never again!

        When I pointed out not one or two poor shows of workmanship (uh, can you say, "didn't even wash the inside of the windows"), but several, the reply was, "Wellwe've got a new guy, and that's why I didn't charge you full price." What! a moment ago you said that you had a special this month and that's why the lower rate. Now I'm getting $50 off because your guy didn't wash the windows, didn't put on tire dressing, didn't shampoo the upholstery, didn't use finishing wax (I know because when I slid against the side of the car I didn't slide), didn't use polish on the plastic door guards, and more.

        What a major disappointment. I'll never use or recommend this place of rude service and excuse laden work again. Stay away.
