I just had the worst experience of my life my husband ordered a burger it was dry I ordered the flat bread which was dry they overcooked my husband's burger he wanted red they gave them completely well done that was not an issue once we were done we got our check and it has the suggested tip and I'm calculating because I have an app on my phone that tells me how much to tip and so I'm looking at their calculations and it seems a little high so I go in my app and I put the amount of my bill come to find out they are charging 27% tip when on there receipt it says 20% the 15% tip suggestion is actually 21% and 18% suggestion is actually 25% these people are charging people up to 27% for tip????? Really??. I go and ask the manager and all he could say was thank you. I dont mind tipping when I get good service but let me decide what I want to give. So the next time you go there check your bill and calculate your own tip.
