        Overall

        They fix the problem, but be aware you will be charged $75 just for the service person to knock on your door PLUS $80 per hour to fix the problem. Might be true of all heating and air service companies in Natchitoches, but why wouldn't someone waive a service call charge when you actually have work done?? Seems like double-dipping.
