I have been a SBS customer for the past 15 years. The workers used to be great. For the past 5 years, they've NOT been so great. I'd love to call & complain about the rude nature of certain workers but I'm sure I'd end up getting the same treatment by whomever was in charge. I'd rather order online than have to deal with being treated like a subhuman by the young little idiots who work up there. Rude, rude, rude! They weren't just rude to me - I also see them treat others that way. Your job is to be helpful and courteous. It's Sally Beauty Supply you're working at. Not Sotheby's.
