When the blizzard of '15 hit, CPK didn't fail to disappoint, merely by being open. So, pro #1: Opens when it snows. Not a positive to be taken lightly in Nashville. Other positives: # 2. Delicious gluten-free pizza, complete with a little wooden gluten-free flag of isolation ("Oh. I guess you won't be trading pizza slices"). # 3. Decent portion sizes. I don't feel like they are trying to feed the small nation that I have apparently hidden under the table, but I don't leave hungry, either. #4. Fresh and tasty food. I ordered the gluten-free pepperoni pizza. While no gluten-free pizza will ever be quite as delightful as gluten-plus pizza, this was hot, crispy, and tasted a lot like pizza. Can't argue with that. For people who prefer to be unhappy, there are also quinoa salads and other vaguely healthy options. While I do find the food here to be a little pricey for what you get, it is not a completely unreasonable deal. Especially when they are the only place open in a five-mile radius on a mildly snowy evening.

Found Jet's Pizza on a 'rush' day out of the grocery store, and it's been a love affair ever since! It's the 8-Corner Pizza I keep coming back for! For those who like the thickness of a Pan Pizza, but miss the crust in such a large item, THIS is the ultimate solution for Crust-Mongers! The Dough is not heavy like lead - but it doesn't have the yeasty after-taste of most Sicilian Pizzas. And Everyone gets a corner! The sauce is a little sweet for hard core Italians, but the distinct flavor of basil is in there, so all is forgiven! I moved from Cane Ridge to Madison, and Jet's used to be just a few minutes from my previous home ...now it's a 20 minute drive to this location - but worth every second of the drive!
I dont know about the double charge, but the other guy seems to think that he is a food critic ( read his reviews). I on the other hand seem to think that the pizza I tried last night was amazing. Casein f.y.i. is 3/4 of the protein in all dairy products. As far as sauce being acidic, correct sir most fruits do have an acidic pH. The girl on the phone did seem new, but my experience was very good. The pizza was done before I got there, but I love being able to open up the box and have steam pour out. The pizza was well cooked, and I would definately reccomend this to anyone looking for a change from the normal card board people have grown accustomed to.
