        Overall

        Dr. office called script in on Friday, WalGreens automated system called me & said

        my prescription would not be ready at 3:00pm. They would call me back when it was ready. Hearing nothing from them I called them on Saturday at 1:00 to ask status of script and they said it would not be in until Monday after 1:00. They said the automated system should have told me this. The system did not tell me it would be Monday only said they would call me back when it was ready. I am very disappointed with this Walgreens as I probably could have found another pharmacy. other than Walgreens that had the script. If you receive a call from their automated system stating your meds will not be ready, you had better give them a call and speak to a live person, otherwise you may end up waiting for days for your meds. Automated systems should be checked every now and them.

        I think for the future I will use CVS.
