Flowers arrived on time for service at funeral home. They were junk. It was advertised as a pillow cross with roses. The "pillow" was a piece of cardboard covered with pretty material. Each of the roses had black spots on them. When I called after the service to complain, I was told she will let the manager know I was unhappy. I also complained about their internet advertising this as a "pillow" and she said perhaps they should change their advertising. They were not helpful at all and did nothing to satisfy this customer. You would be better off picking wild flowers and delivering them yourself.
