A great place to get a good pedicure. The atmosphere is calming and comfortable. I highly recommend this for a pedicure. I haven't had other service there.

I was a walk in, so I wouldn't have minded waiting, but instead I was ordered as soon as I walked in to pick a color, and pestered by three different people until I decided. I asked for a basic manicure, and they constantly tried to talk me into upgrading to the shellac. Then the guy told me my nails were long enough to get french tips, which is an upgrade. Once he realized he wasn't going to talk me in to spending more he wanted nothing else to do with me. He got my base coat on and asked me to get my payment out, which I thought was nice- no damaging your nails trying to wade through your purse. Nope, he went ahead and ran my credit card, forcing me to decide his tip before he even put color on my nails. Needless to say it wasn't generous. That sealed the deal, and he couldn't wait to finish. I ended up with an eyelash or something painted in to my nail, and the second he finished he said bye and dissapeared! I got the manicure late yesterday, and it was chipped by the time I got home. I realize you can only expect so much for $15, but I'm sorely disappointed.

If you want professional, friendly, and a very affordable place to get your nails done, then you should go to Serenity Nail Spa. The atmosphere is so calming and everything is so comfortable. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you step in the door. And I just love the Shellac manicure they do. It doesn't chip and looks new and shiny for about 2-3 weeks. I would recomend Serenity to anyone male, female, old,and even young (they have those cute kiddie chairs too).

I went to get my acrylic nails taken off and they did a great job. Considering I had the nails on for almost a year, my nails look great. The place is really clean, well staffed, and everyone is very polite. I went on a Saturday afternoon and didn't have to wait at all. I got the nails taken off and my real nails painted for $17. The girl who did my nails was very friendly and did not rush at all. She took her time to make sure what she was doing was very thorough. I will definitely be going back here. My roommate also went with me and she loves the way her mani/pedi turned out.

Have been to many nail 'spas' around town, but this one actually delivers. Kind staff actually take the time to give you appropriate treatment instead of rushing you through the service. They are courteous, accomodating, and professional. I am impressed everytime I go there, and will continue to go back.
I have been going to Serenity Nail Spa since last Sept. I have always been treated well, the nail techs performing in a professional and timely manner. It is very clean with a very soothing atmosphere. I enjoy going to this salon for a manicure or pedi/mani. I highlly recommend this salon to anyone who is interested in a relaxing, excellent pedicure, manicure, or nails.
This is the best Nail Spa I have ever been to, not only in Nashville, but Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Mississippi.
Everyone is friendly and one is made to feel at home and completely relaxed. I have had both manicures and pedicures at Serenity and have been completely satisfied with every appointment. There are no negatives here, as the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, with light music playing in the background. The shop has been designed to do just what the name implies...to give complete Serenity!

I have had a mani/pedi here 3-4 times and every time I leave, I am disappointed. This last time I went with my sister and the nail tech cut my sister 3 times (not using the razor). My nail tech wouldn't make eye contact and would have clearly loved to have been anywhere else than there. I was kind to her and tried to engage, but she wanted no part of it. My sister's nail tech, on the other hand, was wanting to be a part of every conversation in the place, and therefore, was not paying attention to what she was doing at all. After cutting her three times, she barely offered an apology much less a discounted mani/pedi.

I had gone to this place once before and got a great manicure. The technician was friendly and very detailed. When I went for a second visit, I got mani/pedi. It was a different technician who rushed me throughout the entire visit. The worst part was the mani, where my middle finger got infected. I don't like getting polish on my fingernails but they usually put a clear coat on. The woman didn't even do that. It didn't even look like I had gotten a manicure. I'll be going back to Signature where it's cheaper and better service.
