I went to pacsun today at opry mills. Let me tell you, the employees have bad attitudes. Bad customer service. their facial expressions while working was horrible. disgusting and ugly. I wanted a fitting room, I told this white young man with a red shirt, flippy hair looking like a douche bag and all he did was ignored me and just went to the back as if I didn’t even exist. I waited for this skinny girl, I said MAM. She did not answer. And then I said EXCUSE ME. she did not have a smile on her face and the vibe she gave off was rude and didn’t give any care whatsoever. I was honestly so upset by the fact that they were rude, they were having nasty, disgusting expressions while working and giving off a nasty vibe as if they were better than anyone else. if you don’t like you job then you shouldn’t be working there. if you want to make money and you want to make your customers proud and wanted. FAKE A SMILE or TRY TO BE POSITIVE. because in that moment I would’ve bought 300 dollars worth of exspensive pacsun clothing and they would’ve been making money in that very day. You lost a customer, y’all got yelled at by a customer and got told how to do your job by a customer. It shouldn’t be like that. leave the nasty bad attitudes at home or don’t do your job at all. And I hope you guys read my review because I’ll be posting it on all the other pages of god knows what. And you guys are LUCKY I didn’t bring my ass to your store and started blowing up because dude I have a bad attitude and you wouldn’t have liked my vibe that I gave off. I just wanna say that THE MAN IN THE RED SHIRT THAT LOOKS LIKE MAGCON FAG WAS RUDE. And the skinny little female with the curly hair was also rude. if someone gave me a bad vibe I’d smacked that attitude right off your face. and oh yeah I called them to complain and I heard in the background laughing., as if they were mocking me. Is that really how employees should be? rude, pathetic, disgusting, disgrace, all the above of nastyness. messy.

A really great store with so much to choose from. Lots of name brand women's and men's clothing.
