Excellent service. The two salesmen who helped us (Rahim and Allen) went above the call of duty to find us the exact car we wanted (a 2018 Crosstrek, in Sunshine Orange) which was no easy feat, as it had been sold out all across the southeast. Highly recommend this dealership!

I got an oil change with a coupon, saved me a lot of money. My dealership is always rewarding me. They get me in and out in no time. or they pick me up; service is GREAT!

After posting my earlier review (can be viewed below), I was contacted by an employee of Downtown Hyundai. She told me that clearly, I was wronged and it was definitely past time for Downtown Hyundai to step up and make it right. She asked for my CarFax report, my bill from my mechanic and their phone number so she could contact them about my repairs. She spent months trying to get these people to own up for their mistake. One day, I called her for an update. She said that she was very close to getting me my money back, and I would know within a week. I called her the following week to find that she had quit. She said that the people here are absolute crooks and are only in the business of actively screwing people over. So I called the dealership again. I was passed around on the phone from one person to another before finally reaching the GM. He said that my advocate had no right to contact me or try to help me get my money back. She was "just a salesperson" after all, and had no way of helping to get my money back. Again, I was reamed for my choice of my mechanic, regardless of the fact that I told them their salesman gave me no faith in their services department. He offered to have the service manager call me. I missed his call the following day, but called back and left him a message. I still haven't heard back from him, for at least a week now. So here I am, after being strung along for 6 months and still out of $2000. Thanks for nothing, Downtown Hyundai.







DO NOT buy a car from these people! They are only out for your money and care nothing about the quality of car they are selling you. When I test-drove my car, and my boyfriend had a concern with the transmission, we were assured that the entire car had been well checked over by their service team. Not 100 miles off the lot, my check-engine light came on. My entire air-injection system had been flooded with water, an issue my mechanic said had been "very obviously happening for some time." I had to spend almost $2,000 to get the car driveable. They push you to the limits of your budget without listening to your concerns about your vehicle. When I called to tell them about the major overhaul I had to do (after the 15th call, when I finally spoke to a person other than the receptionist), they asked only if I had shopped around to find other quotes on the repair job. Once they have your money in their hand, they will laugh all the way to the bank, because you are not getting a car even CLOSE to that value! STAY AWAY
