Overall

We were referred to Mission by our contractor, and based on the showroom and initial design consultation we were initially impressed. However, we experienced let downs at every level of their operation and so I would avoid this place and go to the many other great tile companies in Nashville. I've written up a detailed rundown at Yelp, but here are the basics:

Pros:

- Nice showroom

- Convenient location

Cons: everything else

Problems at every level of the organization. Avoid if you want a timely and smooth project.

Overall

Rude, rude, rude.

I am a contractor and my tile designer was Amber. Great relationship, we designed many baths and kitchens together.

She left the company to work elsewhere, and I stopped by unannounced to get a bag of grout for a large job we were wrapping up.

There were four young "ladies" sitting in the office area. I stood there, waiting on one of them to acknowledge my presence.

Once they were though chit-chatting, one of them asked if I needed something. I told them I was there to pick up the grout I had called ahead about. (I left message) I asked who would be taking Ambers place.

This young blond girl said I would be dealing with her, and anything I needed, I would need to make an appointment and only to send her emails. It is important to note her she did this in a rude and "snobby" way.

I asked her, "so what you are telling me is not to call? I am driving all day, and I communicate by phone for almost everything I do, am I hearing you right that my calls will go unanswered?

She then began to address me in a very rude and disrespectful way, to the point one of the other girls told me she was not trying to be rude, which I responded, "yet she is."

I called the owner a left a direct message which went completely unanswered.

My advice? Find another tile shop. There is plenty of others who would love your business, and who will treat you with respect, who don't feel entitled to treat a customer like lower class.

I am going to direct all of my customers to follow Amber or go to Louisville Tile right down the street.

Now I understand why Amber left.

Champaign Taste on a Beer Budget

When I was remodeling my home I wanted something very high end but reasonably priced. I stopped in Mission Stone & Tile and the showroom was so gorgeous and their products so beautiful, I thought surely their prices would be well above my budget. I was shocked to find out how reasonable their prices actually were! The designers were so knowlegable and helpful with making my selections. The best part was I didn't have to wait for my tile... EVERYTHING was in stock! This place is FABULOUS!

Bargain Finder

I hunted all over town for the best looking products at the lowest prices and found it at Mission Stone and Tile. Their showroom is fabulous, and stylish. I worked with a interior designer who helped me select my products, most of which were in stock, but the best news was the pricing was so affordable. There were good looking products in every price range.

They will be my only stop for tile.

Great pricing!

Mission Stone is a great place to get all the natural stone and tile you need for any project! All the employees were so easy to work with and helped me with everything from my selections of the tile to designing my kitchen backsplash. The showroom is absolutely gorgeous and their products are the absolute best! I was blown away by how great the pricing is! I will definitely be going back again soon!
