These movers were great!

These movers were great! They spent all day with me and never had one problem! They were careful while still being fast, they moved me from Bellevue to Franklin and did a fantastic job. I have all white leather furniture and I was concerned about it being covered, they gave me the option of shrink wrapping it for added protection, at no cost. Just what I was looking for. Can't say enough about how nice these men were.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Awful!!! Showed up late, very unprofessional, took forever and overcharged me. There's plenty of other movers in Nashville that I would recommend over them! 2 men and a truck are much better.

We did not originally hire Master Movers for our move. The movers we did hire (Top Ranked Movers- STAY FAR AWAY) totally screwed us and didn't show up to do our move. Some guys from Master Movers came in on their day off to help us out. Harrison and his team did a great job. They treated our items with care. We are moving again in a few months and we will definitely be calling them again. Great company!

Movers were great, very careful and…

Movers were great, very careful and polite. Very Very satisfied with our move will definitely use again. They moved our four bedroom house with no damages. I just had the floors done before we moved in and I was really worried about them but these guys were very careful and didn't hurt them at all. Excellent!

BEST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE moved several times and used a lot of movers... This moving company was by-far the best!!! They handled everything with care! With all my valuables they wrapped them up in padding so they wouldn't get broken or damaged!!!! I LOVE THIS MOVING COMPANY AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!

Couch tore and wont fix

Their insurance is a joke. The ripped 2 huge holes in our couch. When you go to file a claim you have to pay a $150 deductable. Then at that point they take your couch and then will only pay you $.60 per pound of what the couch weighs. This wont even cover the $150 deductable. They have no concept of customer service and are awful to work with. You will be a fool if you use them! TERRIBLE!!!!!
