The hairdresser who is older with medium length grey hair was rude and embarrassed me and my 7 year old son. She did not know how to do an undercut and argued with me about it. She admitted that she did not know how to cut a part in the hair. No one else in the salon offered to come and assist. There was a full house of customers as well as other hairdressers that were witness to her unprofessional conduct. This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Do not let her work with the public. She sent us away and we did not receive service.

You get what you pay for, so if you're in the market for a cheap-ish haircut (we've taken our kids there) it does the trick. This is a better location than others in Nashville because the lobby is bigger and there are generally more stylists here (so your wait isn't as long).
