Had been without AC for almost two weeks it all start with a chat with Frog Heat, Air and Electric.They sent a Service Pro (Curtis) out to evaluate and check things out, now my old unit was installed in 2004 in which I've had to do several major things to keep it running ...This time it kick the bucket. Frog Heating Air promised that I would have air by the end of the day.
Chris and Kevin came out to do the installation they were prompt and worked with care within my home. Very professional and Knowledgeable any question I had were answered
Appt time 01:00 was done by 03:00 True to their word I had Air before the end of the day

We've had a series of unfortunate events with our HVACs. Curtis helped us through furnace issues in February and then returned in the spring to help with AC issues. He has been straightforward, approachable, punctual and quick in getting us back up and running. I highly recommend Frog!

Our experience with Frog Heating & Air was impeccable! They're very professional and very responsive!! We had an issue with our thermostat. AJ S. was our technician and he had to come out twice...once to fix the bad connection wire which we thought was just the issue and then again (two days later) as an emergency to actually replace the thermostat. AJ was great! Would highly recommend him! Thank you for your great service!!

AJ was great. I was impressed with his thorough understanding and knowledge, and that he took the time to explain everything to me. He was very open and honest. It's hard paying a lot for a repair, but it takes the sting out of it some when you can be sure that you are doing the right thing and it's necessary. I used Frog a few years ago and also had a good experience then too.

Called in afternoon, appt scheduled for next morning. Contacted by office to let me know approximate timeframe and slight delay. Josh was super professional, thorough and explained the problem. Quick fix and he was on his way. Reasonable price.
