Embassy Dental - Hillsboro Village

Went there as a medical professional, and they tried to scam me and tell me that I had 6 cavities and needed $600 of dental work. Upon receiving a second opinion from a reputable dentist, I had no cavities. None. I can only imagine how much money they make from “fillings”.

They took excessive x-rays and scared me into thinking I had poor dentition. Would not recommend to anyone.

I wish if there are 0 star to put here, because they don’t even deserve 1 star. If you think about doing dental work done, I would say stay away from this place, and read the other reviews too. My personal experience with this place is this; I’ve done root canal and crown for one of my teeth according to their recommendation. Next year when I went for my annual exam the doctor told me the crown was not done correctly, and that may cause me lose the tooth. I explain to the doctor that this crown was done by them by another doctor. Finally, they want me to pay $800 and put another crown!! They screwed me from the beginning by not doing the work correctly and they do not want to fix their mistake. When I asked to speak to the manager, he simply said “you don’t have to replace that crown. You don’t have to listen to what the doctor said that’s just his opinion”. Is this place you can trust!!!!!
Couple things I would like to mention here too. they don’t have permanent doctors. Most of their doctors they never stay for 6 months or a year. I go to them twice a year, and every time I go, I see different doctor.
They may tell you need root canal and crowns in most scenarios, in fact you may / may not need it. They just want to create extra work and steal all your insurance money. Do not trust what they tell you, and for better stay away from their clinic and find another place that have permanent doctor.

Great dental staff and very short waiting time. I feel as though Dr. Moore treats me as a friend and not as a patient.

The staff are always very nice and friendly. They explain everything to you.

The dentist is not the most popular place to visit but I can truly say the staff and doctors make you feel comfortable and are very pleasant.

I had an emergency dental issue and found this place due to its proximity to my house. They were great about getting me in and very professional. I will definitely be going back for regular checkups.
