Biggs Truck and Trailer Repair

The worst mechanical shop I ever been to they don't know what they're doing took my truck for service they cause me more problems to my truck cost me $4000 to fix the repairs they cause they did not want to pay for their mechanical mistake still charge me for labor and parts police was involved The mechanic there he threatened me I do not recommend then for anything

First of all I was under a mile away ran short on diesal. Took 2 hrs to get a guy in his personal vehicle to me. They charged me $80 bucks for 15 gallons of diesal the total bill was 350. And was under a mile away. The shops that were 11 miles away were only 250-275. I was told the owner didn't care if you 1 gallon or 20 gallons he was up charging it to 80 bucks by the employee. I would only recommend this shop if a plague swept over all of Tennessee and wiped out all other big rig repair shops even then I would say if can make it to GA, or elsewhere it would place you in a better position than dealing with this shop. They are unfair with their rates clearly and do not care that they are. I did address this with the manager after getting a crop of bs from him I stated if I could keep 5 people a mth From doing business here I felt it was worth it. Everything that was stated by the other bloggers I believe to be true worse experience I've ever had in 11 yrs of driving.

I called and had a mobile tech come service my truck when I broke down. I was 3 miles away from Biggs's shop and it took them 3 hours to get to me. They didn't even fix my truck! The tech that they sent was sloppy and unprofessional. He seemed to be a thug and I was actually scared that he may rob me. Due to the fact that he was slurring his words and obviously under the influence, my truck never got fixed. I had to call my own tow truck and have it towed to the dealer! Most horrible place I have ever dealt with! DO NOT USE!

Went in because our air conditioner didn't work. The thieves at Biggs made sure it would never work again. Charged us an hour labor to tell us that our a/c compressor was working just fine. It seized up after they had us run the a/c for a few minutes. Charged us $60.00 for less then two pounds of freon. We could have done the same thing they did for just $18.00 by buying our freon at Walmarts. One hundred and thirty-five bucks compared to $18.00, you do the math. They had all the latest equipment, doesn't mean they know what their doing. If your breakdown in front of their place, call a tow truck to take you somewhere else.
