She is the nicest and friendless dentist. I was afraid of Dentist before her. I have been coming to her since 2001.

I have been coming here since January 2013 and my husband has been coming for over 20 yrs. Dr. Gross and her staff are very professional and pleasant. :):)

I have been a patient of Dr. Gross for 11 years since moving to Nashville in 2004. When I go in to the office I am always greeted with "hi Jeff" and even a hug or two. They always make me feel at home. The procedures I have had have been numerous. I have never felt discomfort or pain and on one procedure I fell asleep in the chair that is how gentle Dr. Gross is. I recommend any one needing a good Dentist who cares to go see her and her staff.

I've been seeing Dr Gross for what seems like 10 plus years. The best part about her office is the feeling of friendship. I am the biggest baby at 35years old when it comes to getting a cleaning, small filing, and any thing major. Dr. Gross takes the time to ensure I'm 100% comfortable and even though she might say now Breanna you need to get this done she never pressures me!!!! Which I love I can do it or not and she never calls me and bugs me about it. They aren't after additional money and just wants me to leave happy. They allows working with me. Love her dearly

I have been happily coming to Dr. Gross for the past 6 years. I have been extremely satisfied with the staff being so professional and Dr. Goss being so caring about her work. I moved to Louisiana in 2013 and I still make it a point to fly to Nashville to get my checkups done every 6 months with this office. I feel like these wonderful people are my family.

I phoned their office to make an appointment and I was so impressed that they got me in to see the dentist right away to check my sensitive tooth. Dr Gross fixed my tooth that day, painlessly! I already have made my next appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Dr Gross & her staff have inspired me to take better care of my teeth. I recommend this office to everyone who is looking for a dentist and staff who really care about you.

I have not taken my 10 year old to the dentist in about 3 years...He and I both were traumatized from his last dental experience at a Pediatric Dentist in Bellevue where they strapped him down, advised me not to go in with him (had I known what they were about to do to him, you're darn straight I would have been in there!) and were not child friendly to him AT ALL!! He had a tooth that looked like it needed some serious attention so they got me in within just a couple hours, and they were AMAZING!! From the Receptionist, to the Dental Assistant, to the Dentist, it was just an awesome experience!! They made us both feel so comfortable especially after being traumatized from our last experience! I give them an A+++

I went in for an issue and was encouraged to apply for Care Credit since I didn't have insurance, so I did and was approved. Following approval, I was taken back for an "exam" at which point they began to clean my teeth. I was told that I would have to come back for the rest of my cleaning but that the cleaning they performed at this point was over $300. Also during my "exam" I was told that several teeth had issues that would need work, however, the tooth that originally brought me to their office was never mentioned or addressed until I pointed it out to them. The tooth had an obvious issue but they never even mentioned it until I brought it to their attention. I have went to several other dentist who disagree with their diagnosis and are blown away at was I was charged for a partial cleaning. The remaining cleaning would run me an additional $150, hitting at total of almost $500 for a cleaning! I wasn't told the price until after they performed the partial cleaning. I feel like I was taken advantage of since I didn't have insurance and was approved for Care Credit. I also believe that I was lied to about the "other" problems they said that I had since the other dentist I have seen within days after my visit with this practice haven't been able to find any other issues with my teeth except the tooth that I initially went in to have fixed, that they failed to fix or even acknowledge the issue. I will never return to this practice and would strongly suggest that multiple opinions are sought before any work is performed to avoid allowing this dentist or other dentist cause unnecessary ham to your teeth. I would also recommend making sure they inform you of their price that they plan on charging you before you allow them to do any work on your teeth, including a cleaning.
