My sister was getting married in October and had dropped her dress off to them to steam it and clean it after her pictures. She came back to pick it up on the way down to Alabama for her wedding and they handed it to her saying they were sure it was hers. The day of the wedding, we unzipped the bag and realized that the dress was, in fact, not hers. Her dress was still sitting in their salon 4 hours away. Luckily, we had some guests that were flying down and were able to get it from them. They then refused to give a refund for the dress after all of the commotion they caused. The only reason we got the dress in time was because of friends of ours coming to the rescue. They should have not only offered a full refund, but gone above and beyond to make things better but they refused to do so. We will now encourage anyone to avoid working with them
