Apple Green Hills

I have always had great service at the Apple Store in green hills. The technicians at the Genius Bar and friendly and helpful.

We've bought several apple products here. Can get very busy so don't plan to go during peak times if you don't want to wait in line. Great customer service!

Great service here I have never left the store upset they are amazing my sons iPhone screen broke instead of replacing it with a new screen they just gave me a brand new one

Very friendly and helpful my phones SIM card wasn't working and they fixed it without a charge but was a little rush

I have never been to an apple store that left me upset, other than when they said I would have to pay 260 for a broken 6plus screen. still they are so professional and courteous.

Tooooooo long to wait for assistance! THey need more Apple stores in the city! It's crazy that they don't have better customer service when something goes wrong!

Today I went in with a broken screen, ready to pay $109 eagerly to replace the screen since pieces of cracked glass are embedded all over my body. I met with an employee and he told me the price was $109 BUT sometimes when it comes out of the machine the diagnostic test fails, in which case I had to buy a new phone for $299! I left because I would be phoneless if it were to come out broken considering I don't have $299 to pay. As I walked out this didn't sit right with me, so I called AppleCare. I explained what I was told and that I just didn't understand what was up with that considering it's one thing if the screen replacement doesn't work but it's a whole different level if you kill my perfectly functioning phone. Anyways, she seemed surprised, and said she had never heard this before from any person or store. She also booked me at a different apple store.

I brought my daughter to the Apple Store on October 3rd because she were having problems with updating her IPhone. We waited an hour before we got seen. We were told it'll take 45min. On the contrary when we did get assistance, Daniel was very courteous and polite he showed excellent customer service skills!! I would've gave it a 5star but the waiting was ridiculous. Overall the service made it worthwhile.

This mall is by far the worst mall i have ever been too.. everyone in the mall seems to stuck up to even say hello. horrible service. I have been to every mall between from Naples Fla all the way to Bowling Greens KY.. and my expericence at this mall wasn't what i would think it would be . above all you can shop anywhere else and receive a much better deal on the same product. it seems that all there products are at a higher price by atleast 20% just because it in a alright part of nashville.. if you live more then 10 mins away dont waste your time here..

Called looking for store information (internet was down) and got information right away. Great Mall with lots of nice stores.

I always get good service when I go here. I love Starbucks and my children do too. I recently got gift cards for my girls for Christmas and coffee for my husband. he loves the Christmas Blend.
