We have been going to Athens for the past 8 years. What started as late night visits after the bars closed has turned into family breakfasts on the weekends. One of the most robust menus in the area with consistent quality on all items. Of course the traditional Greek dishes are the best. My standards are the Greek salad with grilled chicken or the Gyro sandwich and fries. Huge portions and affordable pricing. It can get busy on the weekends but the tables tend to turn fairly quickly. I love this restaurant appeals to so many. Many of the employees have been there for a long time and really make you feel welcomed when returning. Great option for carry out too!
Our family goes to El Rodeo often, we love it. At every other Mexican Restaurant in town you get the exact same food, sometimes the exact same menu. Not at El Rodeo. The menu is full of fresh, different ideas and it's always delicious. Starting with the Chips and Salsa, good, warm chips and just the right heat on the salsa, go with the guacamole also, it's incredible. From there, I order the Burrito Grande, big strips of chicken, peppers, beans and a wonderful white cheese sauce. We have ordered several things off of the menu and have never been disappointed. Check out El Rodeo, you won't be disappointed either.
My dad and I saw this restaurant on Diners, Drive-ins. and Dives awhile back. We were travelling through Nashville and decided to stop by and try it out. We loved it. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing! We both got the Greek Combination Platter. It was alot of food for a reasonable price. The restaurant was small but it was comfortable. Definitely stopping by on our next drive through Tennessee!
