My husband & I were coming back from Vanderbuilt Hospital where he had just had skin cancer surgery, when while stopped in traffic, our car overheated. We had a difficult time just getting out of the traffic and into an empty parking lot. Luckily we were behind Alva's Automotive and after the car cooled off somewhat, we able to pull in to refill the radiator. The owner (did not catch his name) instead of just putting water in the radiator, check out WHY it had overheated. He put coolant in and he and a mechanic worked on the car for almost an hour AT CLOSING TIME. I was a nervous wreck, knowing we had to drive back to Jamestown, TN (3 hours) and also worried about what our bill would be. When they finished we asked what the bill would be and all he charged us was $10.00, the cost of the coolant !! He could have charged us as much as he wanted. I really appreciated the professionalism offered and the work performed by GreenLeaf Collision. My 2007 Chrysler Sebring was involved in an auto accident in June 2011. I was referred to Mr. Larry by a friend, and I am very thankful for the referral. Considering that the entire front of my car, driver door, and passenger door needed to be replaced, my car was repaired in weeks. The staff was very friendly and maintained contact the entire time my car was being repaired. I cannot even tell that my car was in an accident because it operates the same way it did before the accident!! During the storm on 04-04-11 I had the wind rip my passanger door out of my hand. I would never had dreamed it would have done the damage to my door and the fender of my car, but it did.
