As a former employee, I can vouch that this company has ALWAYS placed an emphasis on working with debtors to find reasonable solutions to eliminating debt, compliance in fair credit reporting, UCC statutes, as well as FDCPA guidelines. The only factors which would cause an employee to not speak with a customer (or in extreme cases, hang up) is in the event of refusing to provide SSN for account validation, not giving permission to a 2nd party to speak with the agent, or in extreme (and common cases), harassing or verbally abusive tones towards the agent assisting with the account. Never at any time during my 3 years with this company did I ever witness another agent refuse to allow a rebuttal claim to be filed, refuse to provide any and all documentation procured through the client, or offer alternative solutions in the events that a consumer's funds were not sufficient enough to make a minimum monthly payment.
