Have been using for a while. Dispatch isn't rude. Late through. You can ask the cabie. If you want him or her as your private cabie. The other service is cheapest BUT... The SK cabs have a rep for no seatbelts & drunk cab drivers! I'd rather pay more and wait longer.
I had a great experience with Nashua Taxi! I called 20 minutes before I needed a ride and they were actu ally early. The driver was nice enough to knock on my door. He was very friendly and polite. He was talkative and made the normally boring cab ride more positive. He had no problem with making a stop on the way for me and also did not charge me extra for the stop. I even went as far to offer him Dunkin Donuts breakfast because he was so nice. I did not catch the drivers name but he worked this morning (Mon. 11/17/14) and picked me up for 830. I hope my review is noticed and he gets credit for exceptional service. When I arrived at my destination I asked him how much the price was for having him make a stop midway (knowing that most drivers will try to charge extra and this guy didn't know I had previously asked the dispatcher the price) and he did not take the opportunity to try and get any eXtra money out of me. He wished me a great day multiple times and handed me my coffee and cell phone (which I didn't realize I had dropped on the seat while getting out). This was a great experience. I just wish some people would realize how tough and stressful a job like theirs can be...having people yell at you and give you attitude all day can become quite frustrating. It's hard for them to determine right away who is and isn't going to give them a hard time. Lighten up people. Unless they cost you your job or some other huge opportunity, than is there really a reason to go out of your way to put their company down and chance them losing business? But, anyway, good job Nashua Taxi! I would call you again in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work guys!
Ridiculously high rates and rude dispatchers. I asked to be driven for a round trip of 20 minutes total, 10 minutes there, 10 minutes back and they charged me $20.00 there and $27 back for a total of $47 for a short 20 minute round trip. I also do not see why the trip back would cost $7 more then the trip there. The whole experience was unpleasent and the disptacher was exceptionally rude, would never reccomend to anyone EVER!
I'm impressed and pleased with services from Nashua Taxi. The drivers are especially polite and provide outstanding service. The cars are clean and comfortable. Dispatching is efficient and helpful. Each time I've requested a taxi, it's arrived within 10 minutes. Pricing seems noticeably fair.
I love it when people call when they are in a hurry and not the passenger, I quess the passenger did not have a problem there for you should not comment on the subject. I guess the driver was about 10 mns. later that what the dispatcher said BIG DEAL. I use the cabs all the time and when arranged AHEAD OF TIME they are always on time, try the other cab company BIG DIFFERENTS!!!! So when in a hurry be grateful that you get a cab! Everyone wants now and when you have to wait people get upset, try get getting a cab in boston or new york. Being this happen in Jan I think it was SNOWING so be happy that the cabs were on the road at all to pick up not you but the other person thats not complaining!! So I think you don't have a life!!!
I called for a taxi and was told they would be at my house in 15 minutes. I said I was in a real hurry and the dispatcher said he would send someone right away. After 20 minutes passed, I called to see if the driver may be lost. The dispatcher said the driver was not lost and was at "Captains Corner" and would be right over. Captains Corner is about 2 minutes away and is PAST my house from where the taxi is dispatched from. After about 5 minutes more, the taxi came and I saw from the window that the driver was drinking coffee. (I was not the passenger). I called back and asked the dispatcer if the driver went to Captains Corner to get coffee first and he said no, he only drinks Dunken Donuts coffee. Well, there is a Dunkin Donuts at that location. I asked for a discount because that extra 10 to 15 minutes wait time made the passenger late. The dispatcher said no, because the driver got coffee long before he was dispatched. I have no proof, but it seems evident I was lied to.
