        I have moved many times. Typically when I moved in the past I rented a truck and had friends and family help. However, this move was larger and my wife and I were moving from the third floor of our apartment to our first home. I know that when you buy a home many things could go wrong and for my wife and I they did. The level of stress leading up to the day of the move was extremely high and because so many things went wrong already I expected something terrible to happen during the move. The entire process from when they came to estimate how much it would be until they said goodbye was worthy of 5 stars. The movers were extremely patient with us because we still had stuff to pack. They moved very efficiently and as a team. I expected it to take longer than what they said but it actually took them less time than I expected. We are truly pleased with McLaughlin Transportation and if anyone is considering a moving company I definitely recommend them.

        Sleazeball is the only word to describe this company!

        They charged us $25,000 to move my elderly mother and severely disabled father, they broke and lost prized possessions that belonged to our family since early 1900's! On top of everything they lied to me when I repeatedly asked if my mother's move was paid in full and told me it was. Heather Pfau gave me her word that we were paid in full and we would not receive any more bills. But now we are being charged $2548 more!! The owner, Marty McLaughlin, says it is for the third party company they hired to deliver. So apparently moves with this company don't include delivering your belongings!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
