Terrible service to Hudson NH . Bus never showed up this morning so my daughter will miss school today . This isn't the first time !

Bus 404 in Nashua new Hampshire is consistently late to Nashua High Schools south. She never gives any reasoning for it and is usually late by the least 5 minutes. This is ridiculous and she deserves to be fired. Along with that she constantly grabs kids on the bus which you could and if you don't do something about this are very likely to get sued for. Do some thing.

This is the second year of my daughter having this bus company for school transportation....we never received any info on bus number and pick up time , so we guessed that bus would pick up at same time as khat year ......first day of school, a bus SPEEDS down street,20 minutes earlier than last year, doesn't slow down, pause, stop, etc ..the driver goes way too fast for our residential street and doesn't have the common courtesy to even SLOW DOWN ????? My daughter was in garage doorway waiting and she FLEW BY!!!!! I called and was directed to.my.towns school transportation department....no one could even tell me if that WAS her bus our not ...had same issue last year, where driver always.sped by if she.wasn't outside , yet STOPS for other STUDENTS AT.THEIR stop! This driver is rude and unprofessional, if you can't even slow down for my child, theta NO WAYSHE SHOULD BE WAITING FOR OTHER STUDENTS !!!!!!! rude rude rude

We booked 2 buses to transport a wedding party from their hotel to/from their ceremony/reception location. Time booked and prepaid was 4:30pm-11:30pm. At 4:30pm, only one of the buses was full, so apparently the second bus decided to go home... he just left. Nobody called us, period. After the reception, several drunk people had to drive home, as there was no second bus available. When we tried to get a refund for this second bus, Laurie told us that the limo driver had told the second bus to go home, and that the one remaining bus made 2 trips, so nobody had to drive drunk. Neither of those is at all true, but First Choice still has refused to refund our money, even though they were in clear violation of the contract. Very, very unprofessional outfit.

I think it should not only give you the number and address of where this bus station is but where it takes you or a link that has a bus station where you want to start your destination and your drop off location. Then your site i think would be number one.

I called this office to find out my childrens bus pick up times for school this year and was told that I need to buy a newspaper or go online to get the information. It was not yet published online and I needed to confirm that I did not need to change my work hours (I just recently moved to Milford) When I called back and informed them that this information was not on the town newspapers website yet or on the school website yet, they still refused to give me that information and told me that I needed to wait for it to be published online. The people who answer the phone are not helpful at all and have no customer service skills. I hope that this bus company reads this note and considers training their office workers in customer service, and also trains them to be more helpful to the parents calling in for information.
