my roof was left with two rotten spots of wood the size of my hand. it was brought to my sales man,s att frank. nothing has been done about this problem the men just laid down the metal over the rotten wood. then i was sent a bill with 295.00 of unexplained charges. i have asked four times for a itemized bill for the 295.00 to this day i have not gotten that item yet. i have spoken to peter simeone who refuses to come an take care of the rotten wood left on my house. he also is trying to bully me by stating he will not accept my payment of 11,475.00 he stated he will only accept 11,770.00 for an unfinished job. he has also stated he will put a lien on my house an make me pay lawyer fees. an still refusing my payment of 11,475.00. i have called the roof smart office to make payment 3 times. i spoke to Peggy. Peggy would not take my payment she said she had to talk to her boss that she did not want to lose her job. that i had to call back after she talked to her boss to ask him if he would take my payment of 11,475.00 i called back at 4pm Peggy notified me they would not take my payment of 11,475 .00 i asked for a itemized bill for the extra 295.00. at this time i have not gotten yet. i also asked to speak to the owner- president i was told he john is a very busy person an he was told i wanted to talk to him. this is their statement Owner John Gillam inspects every job and guarantees 100% satisfaction.” john has yet to come inspects my job or call me or come to my house.
