As you know, I was working with my homeowner insurance adjuster on my own, and getting no where. I remembered how successful you were when you worked on a client of my law firm’s insurance claim, getting the client almost triple what the insurance offer was prior to retaining you. Although the damage to my home was significantly less than the client’s, I decided that I needed to retain your services in my own claim. As you know, you ended up getting us the full policy limits, as well as more than adequate contents coverage. Without retaining you, I was stuck in my negotiations with the adjuster, his offer to settle the claim just barely covering the cost of the initial emergency remediation.
