        Theft & Excuses

        Secure indoor storage is not. Someone used a drill and replaced our lock with a new one, so when we came back 1 month later to get in, we couldn't open it with our key. We had hunting gear, a fire pit, a tall aluminum ladder, tools, etc. stolen. Insurance doesn't repay you w/o receipts. She wouldn't admit that it was probably broken into or do anything to reimburse us at all. We have since moved to a cheaper, more secure, storage unit until I leave the military next year. They definitely do not support the military in my opinion nor will they fess up for having "defective" locks, open spaces above the doors, etc. I would not recommend them to anyone.
