Inselman Bob Plumbing & Excavation

I was very disappointed with my experience of having Enselman replace a drain field. I thought the bid for the complete job was high but I accepted it because I needed it done promptly. However, after the fact they claimed that the bid did not include digging the test hole and the inspection fee. That was never mentioned as being separate from the bid the job. They did not follow the plan specified by Southwest Health and agreed to by me and thus it was not approved in the final inspection by SW Health. Without informing me of the change, they dug up large portion of the lawn that was not part of what was in the originally plan. The modification probably killed a large tree and extended the time required to complete the job. The agreement was that, though they would not do the sprinkler work or the landscaping, they would return the topsoil and level everything out so it was ready to be replanted. When I started to repair the sprinklers in preparation for planting, I found they had not replaced the topsoil but filled with subsoil and large rocks. This is not the kind of experience I expected from an established local business. I do not recommend using this company.

of all company's i called for a water heater and install this company get"s an "A". from the calling in,the quoting,pricing, and the tech who installed the hot water heater,very professional and the best price far beyond any of the other company's i called. this will be my go to plumbing company from now on.
