This was the most pleasant buying experiences we have ever had! We made it clear we were there for research and comparison purposes only - my heart was set on a competitor's car which I had been wanting for over 8 years! Duane patiently answered all our questions and I still wanted the other car. But one simple question made all the difference; "Have you thought about the Chevy Equinox?" This car wasn't even on our radar or even in the same galaxy, but decided it would be best to make an informed decision. So that night we took a test drive and 'wowza' - it was the car for me!! I t is always frustrating when a repair shop has to perform extraordinary jobs for people who own a 20 year old car want it to run like a new car with no repair costs. I understand 100% and wish we could do this! I do know for a fact that all the repairs we performed could not be done at her regular shop for such a low price or she would have towed it to that shop. She was very frustrated with them and their high prices and had it towed to us. When it broke down we did tow it for free and diagnosis it for free. We also offered to charge no additional labor, but she had it towed out before we could make it right. I understand not having money and getting angry, I have been there several times, probably worse than most, but give people a chance and always compare prices and ask friends before going to a shop. We get more than 2000 customers a year and most are referred! I apologies for any hardship you feel we may have caused.
