My dad went in with a belly ache. 5 days later he has a staph infection and a big red stop sign on the door with caution messages about entering. I asked a nurse what it was about and she said " I'm not his nurse" then I asked why there were cautions about gloves, and what did he have. Again, she let me know she was not his nurse, never looking up from her desk. I asked her to get his nurse. With a sigh of disgust, she turned to another desk and asked the nurse to talk to us. The nurse came forward and gave us a brief explanation, told us to wear gloves and went back to her desk. I Have never seen so much indifference. I even said to the people at the nurses station, , "wow, there is a lot of indifference here." No one looked up, acknowledged, or told me to jump in the lake, nothing. Incredible! I will never recommend this " hospital" to anyone.
