Texas Thunder

On Saturday, Nov 2, 2008, my husband laid down his Yamaha V-Star 1300 directly across the highway from Texas Thunder Harley Davidson (he was not badly hurt:). I rode back around to the shop on my 883 to ask the service desk if they could help check out his motorcycle and determine if it was still rideable, as we were traveling back to Houston the next day. Three of their staff members, including the manager, went to check out the bike. They personally brought it over to the shop and thoroughly checked it out AT NO CHARGE, even straightening out his terribly mangled shifter. They then contacted the Yamaha dealership in Lufkin to determine whether or not we could get to their shop on time for further inspection and potential repairs.



Texas Thunder, in my opinion, has one high-class group of people working in their facility and they made me proud to be a member of the Harley family. Great, great group of people!

Not only were the salespeople ignorant, they were very rude and unreasonable. With sales, trade ins, and repairs. I would recomend making the drive to Conroe, or Beaumont.
