The Cheap Geek

I bought a hp laptop from this place had it for about 2 weeks and it came up and said it need a software update witch I was told that it already had it on there and then it stopped working and kept restarting I call them and told them what was going on took it to them they lady that was working told me that she didn't think that I would have to pay well be for I picked it up I called Kevin and told him what she had said he responded well that's not my fault to what she told you she is wrong and if you don't wanna pay it I can put it back the way it was when you bought it to me and I said no I went and picked it up and had to pay 50 dollars for it I've not even had it back for a week before it started doing the same thing restarting and none of the icons are loading I call Kevin to try to talk to him and he was really rude about it didn't wanna give me any of my money back for something that I had paid for to get it fixed he was yelling and just plan out rude all I did was ask for my money back and he could have had the laptop back and he wouldn't even do that so I am Goin to take him to small claims court this week to get my money back yes Kevin this is Travis

Kevin at the Cheap Geek took good care of me today! I just bought an all in one loaded with Windows 8 and Microsoft Office Suite for my daughter's birthday and I got it for less than $330. I also had 2 laptops fixed in the last couple of weeks and they are working great. The prices and customer service at the Cheap Geek are top notch!

These guys give great customer service, fast, quality repairs, and they are definitely the cheapest in town. I've been here twice this passed week.

I really appreciated the fact that they took me right in and began discussing my issue as if I were a regular customer. This was my first visit to Cheap Geek and they could not have been nicer and more helpful. They identified my problem, fixed it very fast and explained to me several things to do should it ever happen again. I have already referred them to a couple of friends and highly recommend them.

Cheap Geek really came to my rescue. I was thinking I would have to buy a new computer, but the guys at Cheap Geek cleaned up the virus and gave it back to me like new. They are without a doubt my go to computer experts from now on.

My Sony laptop was running really slow. My friend Steve told me about The Cheap Geek over by the Kmart. I called them & they told me they would figure out what the problem was for free! So, I dropped my laptop off. They were busy but really friendly. Frank, the head geek, called me an hour later & told me it had a virus & needed a good clean up. He said they could do it for $48 and it would be ready in about 2 hours. I said "OK" and 2 hours later I picked up my laptop. It's running as fast as it ever has. Thanks Cheap Geek. You rock!
