All staff was very kind, patient, and understanding. There was no wait. I arrived at 11:30 and my appointment was at 11:50 and they took me in right away. I've been to dentists where they were judgmental and pushy with trying to sell prescriptions and unnecessary procedures but LRMC was not pushy at all and I did not feel judged at all; they even gave me compliments when other dentists in my experience have been very harsh. It was a very safe environment and I felt comfortable. It was very prompt service, too, as I was out around noon. I also appreciated how they explained what exactly they were doing and showed me the one cavity I did have in the mirror to help me understand.
