TERRIBLE! My husband works at the police dept and I am a nurse. We are very clean tennants who paid rent on time in full every month. Upon move out the house was left EXTREMELY clean and in excellent condition. I paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned and the lawn to be trimmed and cut. We scheduled a walk through Monday at 9 am. Arrangements were made to take off work etc to be there and we were called 30 min before and told that it would have to be rescheduled. Very unprofessional. The walk though took place without us present a few days later and I was told the lareg light fixture that held florecent bulbs was not taken apart and cleans and there were a few crumbs in one cabinet. They would be hiring a cleaning crew to fix this and I would not be getting my full deposit back. This house was NOT in this good of shape when I moved in. I have pictures before and after of the difference. This company is very dishonest. I will never recommend them to anyone I know. Beware!

Horrible leasing company. Do yourself a favor and no matter how good the price is keep looking. They are crooks. The "ladies" at the office were very rude calle me a liar hung up on me. They wouldn't give me my deposit back bc the "blinds" had dust on them. When I moved in they said it was clean, well there was dead roaches dirty hand prints and huge holes in the walls. And I took pictures of it all and they said to bad you still have to pay a cleaning fee although it was in 100% better condition whe I left they still charged me a $750 cleaning fee. Also there was a leak in our bathroom creating tons of mold throught the floor. I have a newborn so I needed it taken care of quickly so they just threw a new piece of flooring over the molded one and called it a fix. So please I ask spare yourself money and headache by NOT renting from this company.
