My motorhome broke down 175 miles from Larry's place. Over the course of the next several days, he graciously walked me through sophisticated troubleshooting steps over the phone, taking a considerable amount of time and effort to get me back on the road. He was much, much more knowledgeable than anyone else who has worked on my RV, and an incredibly helpful person to boot. I plan to make a special trip to Myrtle Beach just to have him give the RV a thorough going over.
