Detricks Car Wash

I have used this car was at least 50 times. I noticed a dent in my upper front fender after running the truck throught the wash and the owner refused to do anything about it and then called me a liar. I know it was not there before entering the wash and he tried to say it was a door ding when the dent is at the top of the front fender next to the hood and the truck has a 3 inch lift. Most have been a tractor trailer!!!! Real nice guy that owns this business NOT!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer for quite a few years and have not had a bad experience.. They seem to know their repeat customers by name (which is always nice). I happened to be there once when someone had an issue -- the owner was on site and took care of it right away...the customer left shortly thereafter with a smile on his face. I work for a small business owner and see the difficulty she has finding good employees that are trustworthy and on time. I believe this type of business also has those problems which makes it nice going there and seeing those people (young and older) working so hard to "get it right". GREAT JOB DETRICK'S!!!!

Totally unprofessional. They will damage your car and will not pay for it. My car had scratches, missing parts, and dents. Do not use this car wash.
