Visited this restaurant March 2008. It was empty when we arrived. The people were not really that friendly when we got there, but they warmed up quickly. The food is good, I can't say that it was the best I ever had. I can say that the portions were large for the money. They DO have the BEST babaganush that I have ever eaten!! And the Challah is excellent. From looking at the place on the outside, I would not have eaten there if I didn't want kosher food. It is more like eating in a food store than a restaurant. They do sell many kosher grocery items. The place got more crowed as it drew closer to 5PM, closing time on Shabbat. Worth checking out. I would eat there again. A good place for someone who wants to try out Kosher/medditeranian food.

The food is authentic and delicious. We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for many years and about seven years ago we discovered the Jerusalem Glatt Kosher Restaurant. My husband is from Israel and says their dishes taste just like the ones his mother prepared for his family. I have to agree with him. Jerusalem Glatt Kosher Restaurant is a destination we look forward to every year.
