Bad: Customer service was terrible. I reserved through Expedia, so I dropped by in a.m. on way to event to ensure the room would be available. I was assured it would be ready and available. I came back at approximately 4:15 p.m., exhausted, and the room wasn’t ready. I was told it just needed to be mopped. I checked after 30 minutes and was told it was ready, but that they had forgotten about us. Twice I called down to the front desk and I was answered discourteously. The pillows are uncomfortable and the air conditioner is loud, but it drowned out the noise in the hall, so that was good. Good: The General Manager heard about the situation involving my check-in before I complained, so she apologized and gave me a partial discount. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. The breakfast is good. They have hot and cold items, good selection Conclusion: If the customer service improves and the noise level isn't bad, I would use this hotel again, but, I would bring my own pillows.

My family and I stayed here on October 3, 2009. They have a wonderful staff and nice rooms. Although, it was a slight mix up with the rooms and found a dirty sock in our room, it is still a wonderful place to stay. Staff corrected our room issue quickly (I requested to have a two bed and got a king) and was very polite about it. Didn't have a problem getting extra towels or anything. I remember one staff member's name (Joyce), but the two wonderful women that we encountered were just wonderful. We love staying at LaQuinta Inn, no matter where we go!!!
Very nice B&B recently went there had a very wonderful time. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Breakfast is magnificent Donna does a great job.
