        Poor service and attitude

        I had taken my son's computer in to Don at the Computer Doctor and was told if would be ready in a few days. Several days passed and I call and there was no anwser, just a recorded message. I left a message telling them I need the computer back soon. I never got a call back and I had to go to their office and see if they were even open. I did meet a diffrent guy, kinda dirty looking and asked about my computer. He had no idea about our computer and said he would call don and see what was going on with it. Anyway after a month passed I got my son's computer back in worse condition than when I took it in and it no longer startup or anything. I will never take my computer there again, ever!

        well its odd that who ever you are putting this on here i just want to let you know that everything that leaves my shop is in working condition all customers get to see what their computer does before i let it out and as far as holding you computer for a month i dont think that is true because i never do that unless i talk to the customer 1st and ony have to order parts or unless someone cant come up with the money to get it back so i think that was your case is either you couldnt pay for it or something.and i donot recall holding anyones computer for a month.
