All Star Rentals

These people are the worst to deal with...Different story everytime you call these people...The owner Mike I believe is his name, obviously has no idea what is going...He has all these different girls answering the phone that say one thing and then you have to talk to him to find out they did not know what they were talking about....I live thirty seconds from this place and will now be driving to wherever to rent from a more reputable place....very sad that they operate like this...We will never do business at this place again and will defintely be telling everyone in our small community how bad this place is and we will take our business to ace hardware instead...aty least you get the real story from them when you inquire abouyt something....Also check the review of the guy that rented the trencher for 4 hours on a sunday that they claim to me today that they do not rent for half days on the weekend.....owner mike also has quite an attitude just like the other review claims.....so renter beware with this guy , he is a piece of work.....they clearly do not care about local repeat business...like I said , I will never go there again and anyone local would be wise to do the same......

We Love All Star Rentals! They are a pleasure to do business with and always offer the best customer service! We rent bouncers from them on a regular basis and they have yet to disappoint. The bouncers are always clean and just as we expected. They deliver promptly and in a clean professional manner. Our kids love the bouncers and us parents do too! Thanks All Star Rentals!

As a professional who travels 250 days a year my time home is of precious value. My golf mates and community members have all discussed the value of reading feedback especially as it pertains to customer service.

These reviews are a great way for potential consumers to save precious time and money by knowing what companies NOT to do business with.

I'll be as brief as possible. I rented a trenching machine on July 17th. This was my first and last rental from this outfit as you can tell by my rating. Over the past decade I had rented the exact same model without any problems from Home Depot, but thought I would try this locally owned business and establish a relationship as I have with locally owned Ace Hardware stores.

I rented the machine for 4 hours on a Sunday, the last 4 hours they were open. I had about an hour of work. About a third of the way into the project the machine started intermittently and randomly shutting off. It restarted most of the time with 1-4 pulls. This wasn't user error. One hour turned into three. I returned the machine on time prior to the close of business. Yes I could have called them to come and investigate, but every restart got me closer to the end of the project. I didn't want the machine picked up, only to go through another rental on another day.

When I returned the unit, I respectfully asked the owner for a discount on the rental or for a discount on my next rental based on all the trouble I had with the machine. I was asked "why would I do that?" "You had the machine for the time allotted didn't you? You finished your project didn't you?"

It's not about the money as much as customer satisfaction? I asked him if he thought I was lying, or if customer satisfaction and return business was important to him. I was immediately informed that the conversation was over and I should "leave now, get out of my business" and was escorted to my car repeated told to get out. The guy lost it.

So if you don't mind being treated like a piece of meat with a credit card, then go ahead and rent from this guy. I'm done. What a mistake.

Since my experience I started asking neighbors and coworkers if then had any knowledge of this renter. I found similar problems in service and satisfaction. One couple rented a full outdoor wedding setup, paid 2 months in advance, only to be called three days prior to event informing them that they didn't have the "white linens" available. Another paid two weeks in advance for a unique trailer, to be called 2 days prior to the rental informing them the trailer would not be available. Another rented the same trencher only to find the forward drive didn't work when they got it home.

You be the judge, but I'm never going back.
