Worst experience ever. Gross miscommunication among the staff on several important details. First, Doctor Queale did not listen to his staff when told about a broken dental chair that tipped my son back so far his head was practically on the floor. The front-end staff did not inform the doctor that my son was deathly scared of needles. In the consult there was never any mention of an IV. Doctor Queale used profanity expressing his displeasure when my son became frightened of the needle. I would tell anyone seeking this kind of treatment, save yourself any potential trouble, go elsewhere, why risk it.
