        Overall

        This music store gives outstanding service. Our kids take music lessons, we buy all the music books there and have also purchased instruments. I am giving 5 stars because there are really great. Thank you Master Musician!

        I was looking to get my amp re...

        I was looking to get my amp repaired. I called and I was informed by the girl who answered the phone that she did not know if they repaired guitar amps, but that i could drop it off and let me know later? They advertise that they repair amps. Not so. I gave this rating because of false advertisement and unknowable staff answering the phone on a basic question if they fix amps?

        FYI, we have never advertised Amp repair. We do band instrument repairs and string instrument repairs. We have taken in amps for repair as a courtesy, only to take them to a local shop where they do amp repairs. Hope that helps.
