Last year was my first appointment with Dr. Zarek and I loved the whole experience. This year they had to reschedule my yearly appointment. I went in and had to wait for 2 hours, which I understand happens. The part I don't understand and am upset about was the 15 min. appointment. The Dr. asked me follow up questions about our appointment from last year. Because I answered those questions they went ahead and billed me for an office visit. I have called and tried to talk to the nurse and the billing department. Basically, they told me that because there are a lot of notes in my account I am being billed for a yearly and an office visit. At no point was I ever told this. I did ask if it was covered with my yearly from multiple people and they all said yes. Last year I had the exact same appointment and was not billed for anything but the yearly. I guess you shouldn't answer the doctors questions unless you want to be billed. Be warned! It might cost you a lot of money like it did me!!
