Framing
This picture shows the sheer wall tied into the foundation of the home. The sheer wall panel is installed before the framing of the walls.
Tile Installation
This hallway bathroom has custom tile work. The tile design wraps around the top of the shower.
Fireplaces
"We added an addition to this home as well as made numerous renovations. The addition – pictured to the right of the photo below – was built near a large hill. We had to install railroad tied walls to hold back the dirt to prevent it from sliding onto the property. One of our most notable projects in this house is the beautiful stone fireplace that we added to the addition of this home."
"We performed numerous additions and renovations to this home. Most notably, we created a spacious foyer with trim panels and a master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling. On the outside, we transformed this home's backyard elevation into a modern day, relaxing yard. The backyard was actually featured in Cambridge Magazine in 2010."
New Construction
Demolition
If you are demolishing a preexisting home, Don will perform the necessary tasks to have your home demolished. Upon ensuring that water, sewer, gas, phone, and cable are disconnected from the home, Don will obtain a demolition permit. Demolishment of your preexisting home will take about one week to complete. Upon demolition completion, the filling and compacting of the property will be performed to bring it back to its original grade. Excavations will then begin to prepare for the foundation of your new home.
Sunrooms
“The homeowners of this new home tore down their prior home after having it for sixteen years. This home features copper roofs, about seven second floor bedroom ceiling roof elevations and a sun room with numerous windows to allow exotic plants to grow indoors. This house was actually featured in Cambridge Magazine in 2011.”
The windows installed are Anderson Storm Watch Windows. A cedar pre-finish was performed on the window socket before the windows were installed. The driveway is a gray pavers driveway on a six inch base.
Excavation
This is the house wrap being installed on the house to prevent moisture from entering the house. The dirt pile on the left is from the foundation excavation.
Retaining Walls
This photo shows the block retaining walls. This photo was taken before the decks were built.
Walkways
This is gray paver walkway leading to the bluestone front patio. The paver walkways can be added to any landscape.
This photo of the deck, taken from the second floor, shows the deck's glass rails and composite decking.
Patios
"The owners of this home bought this property with an older home on it solely for this prime property along the Toms River. We demolished the original home on this property and replaced it with this gorgeous home. The exterior features cedar siding and blue stone patios. The interior was customized entirely according to the homeowner's needs and desires. The master bedroom and the kitchen have an incredible view of the entire Toms River."
Garage Door Repair/Replacement
The garage was originally on the side of the home pictured to the left of the front door. The cars were normally parked in front of the front door. We relocated the garage doors to create a new front yard.
Siding
"We added a large addition onto this home in Mantoloking. The addition was the garage on the right side of the home as well as the den we created above it. The bookshelves and cabinets that we created in the den are custom cherry cabinets with fold away doors. We also added new cedar siding to the exterior of this home."
Don will help you pick various designs and colors for the floors, walls, roofing, siding, tile, cabinets, carpentry, and aspects of your homes. He has a variety of photos and samples for our clients to look through at their leisure. Don will work with you during the entire selection process, and he will even arrange for an interior decorator to work with our clients as well. It is very important that selections are made early to allow enough time for materials to arrive which could delay construction.
Insulation
Masonry
"Relaxing and comforting - Those are the two goals that I kept in mind as we renovated an old, run down masonry into this present day beautiful restaurant. At this restaurant, Denino’s on Mantoloking Road in Brick, NJ, we installed custom crown work and tapered columns throughout the restaurant. We also installed a stone facade separating the kitchen from the restaurant for both design and restaurant color variation."
