Avoid this Company at all costs. Mr. Belt is good for lip service and nothing else. He will out and out lie to you just to get rid of you. He is known all over town as being full of &^%$



Wayne Belt runs our Association. He collects our checks monthly and allows our properties to run into the ground.



-We cant get lighting repaired or replaced in our parking lots.

-The safety lighting on the buildings hasn't worked in years, and he says that it is due to shoddy construction. That is his excuse for everything.

- Gutters are clogged and growing trees

- Brick siding is cracked and allows insects to come in through cracks big enough to allow mice and rodents to come in.

- Fence lines and vegetation is overgrown and creating a security hazard, as the over growth allows places for people to hide and wait until they can break in.

-We have one dumpster for 20 units, and it is always full and over flowing.

-Landscaping is so pitiful, you would think you were at a prison.

-Parking lots flood every time it rains due to clogged drain lines.

-Homeless people eat, sleep, and drink on our steps after dark!





If you like smoke and mirrors, Wayne Belt is the one you need to talk to. Especially if you like to feel like you were just ripped off!
