The actual apartments are ok but the lack of professionalism in the front office is glaring. Read the lease very carefully because they will use it to auto renew your lease & lock you into more time than you may want. Unlike other communities in the area, they require a 60 days notice if you are moving out. The standard is a 30 day notice. The office staff is arrogant & borderline abusive when it comes to resolving any sort of resident complaint. I have never had such a terrible experience dealing with ANY other management company. When the attitudes of the office staff was reported to the corporate office, we never even received a phone call to investigate our complaints. I have since called an attorney to handle this dispute. I would recommend anyone considering these apartments as a potential home, have an attorney review the lease before you sign anything.
