Storage Pros Murfreesboro

I am not very happy with the way things are ran at this site. every since day one of moving my things into here I have had nothing but problems. after signing up for auto pay it was so bad I cancelled auto pay and started to pay in person. I moved out of state at end of Jan. and when moving had credit for five months on my bill and my deposit. I contacted them and told them I was moving and had no need for unit any longer. First thing was said was that I would need to pay for Feb. for my 30 day notice. No problem please take it out of my credit and send me the remaining amount and sec. deposit. They took my new address and my phone number. Today is May 13 and still no refund, No phone calls telling me why. I just left a message again and they are to call me. Keep you posted

After moving to an apartment between homes and storing some of our items temporarily,we could not be more pleased. The staff was very helpful the price was competitive and the facility was clean and convienent.Best of all they have a moving company on site who handled our move twice.The staff and owner at Kincaid Moving are very professional and gave us the best move we had ever experienced and we have moved twelve times in sixteen years!

Great price, very secure! Been a customer since July 2008 and have never had a problem. The units are very clean and I like the fact that there are so many security cameras....my stuff is safe! Thanks!!!

I recently moved to Murfreesboro, TN from the Metro Detroit area. After moving into my new apartment, I was in need of a storage unit to store my overload of belongings. I asked the manager of my apartment complex if she knew of a decent storage facility. She directed me to Storageplex. I had never had a need for a storage unit in the past and had no idea how long of a process it would be. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of moving into Storageplex!!! The people there were wonderful and knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The first month's rent was 1.00 thanks to the internet coupon. I was in and out of there in a matter of 20 minutes!!!



Carol and Bernie were incredibly friendly and made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. There are security cameras EVERYWHERE and my precious belongings are stored safely in a unit that is climate controlled so I won't have to worry about anything melting or cracking!

I was so pleased with how clean the facility was and how professional and courteous the staff was. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I was also impressed with the security and the wide variety of unit size and the climate control option.

Not only does storageplex have a net, clean place,the service is great. I have been with storageplex for three years.

When I called and spoke with Carol about renting a parking space for my boat, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very patient with all my questions. When I went to the facility to look things over, I couldn't be more pleased. It resembled Fort Knox with all the security cameras and surveillance tvs. Since my move-in, they have added even more security cameras. The StoragePlex Family is the BEST! I look forward to the first of each month just to visit with them.

The staff at Storage Plex is the BEST! They have gone out of their way to make our use of the Stoarge Plex facility easy and convenient. The facilities are clean, neat, new, well lighted, and convenient. We rent a Climate Controlled unit and a Boat storage parking space and are extreamly happy with all details.
