Sanbyrn Hall Condominiums is a well-maintained property for its age of 35 years. Beautiful landscaping, large pool with Cabana next to it with ceiling fans for the summer heat. There is also a weight room and a sauna next to the pool! The Business Manager is very professional and seems to follow up really well on everything we have noticed being an issue. Repairs are done in a timely manner and the HOA Board seem to be proactively involved amoung them in helping manage the property. They dont get paid, wouldnt want their job! We have lived here for over five years and the other owners/neighboors are great. The HOA Rules and all are followed pretty well by others....thank God since we live close to one another! And thanks also that any rules not being followed get followed! We all agreed to them when we bought here! It is a peaceful, quiet, beautifully landscaped well-lit property. Parking is never a problem like most condos in Murfreesboro. Peaceful, quiet, and safe place! A great place for older professionals and young retirees!
