Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

On Mother's day my mother wanted to try red robin for her mother's day dinner. Myself, my wife, my father, and my mother order from the menu a sautéed shroom burger, a bleu ribbon burger, a crispy fish burger, and an apple harvest salad along with one chocolate shake and one banana malt.

The issue that I have with our meal was that the apple harvest salad that we were served first off the salad was very wilted and looked as if it sat around in the salad drawer over night without being cover with plastic wrap three more issue that I have with the salad is it had no candied walnuts nor did it have goat cheese on it. We had brought this to you servers attention and she would return with the missing ingredients from the kitchen. Now we all know that it wasn't the servers doing on this matter we believe it comes from the heart of the restrant the kitchen or the Q.A.person/manager running the line. Anyways the server return with a answer telling us that the menu was going through a menu change and that ingredients were being left off menu items.....HMM sound like red robin didn't make a truck order or they didn't won't to pay for goat cheese the main reason with the salad was ordered. You charge $10.49 for a wilted salad that has two missing ingredients that custmers are ordering off a menu that is out dated on mother's day. Now let’s talk about this Crispy Fish Burger that isn't crispy at all it's turn to rubber sitting in the window waiting to go out to our table without dill tatar sauce and shredded cabbage Where are these two ingredients at? Should I even get servers attention anymore this is a matter that kitchen is in great need of help with training it's team to take pride in the food they are cooking. Here is an idea take there menu's home and study or maybe have classes held in the restaurant on how to follow the standers on creating menu items. I spent a little or $60.00 on a meal for my first time visiting a red robin and what a WOW! Experience that was. I also want to add that the unit has an ant problem along the booth tables. How my I know this is because my mother wore open toe sandals and her feet were cover with ants. It makes in wonder if there is an insect problem in the dining room what going on the kitchen.
